Private Events
Please note, the event options below are for Cheverly Studio, please inquire for Baltimore options while we design our offerings! We are available for off-site events prior to studio opening (i.e., at a park, home, other location).
Our Bronze event tier allows you to rent our space for any event, even if it is not art related! The Bronze Bash package includes:
- Use of our studio space for two hours - we have seating for 10-13;
- Use of our stereo system (just plug in your phone into our stereo headphone jack);
- Simple craft supplies - paper, cardboard, glue, tape, collage materials, crayons/markers/colored pencils, etc.
- Add additional hours for $25/hour;
A studio attendant will unlock for your arrival, help supervise the craft (if relevant), and lock up afterwards, but otherwise will stay out of your way. If you'd like us to help brainstorm craft ideas - send us an email with an age group and some thematic ideas!
Our Silver event tier allows you to rent our space for a small gathering or party - and gives you access to the full range of our craft supplies! The Silver Soiree includes:
- Use of our studio space for up to four hours - we have seating for 10-13
- Use of our stereo system (just plug in your phone into our stereo headphone jack)
- One curated craft project! (something simple)
- One curated art project (something a bit more involved)
- Add additional hours for $25/hour;
A studio attendant will be available to assist with event logistics (clean up/kid management/etc.) and will plan and guide your craft and art projects. If you'd like us to brainstorm the activities for the event, send us a theme, any preferred art mediums, and we will propose an event agenda!
Feel free to bring your own decorations, but your set-up time is included in the four hour time slot;
Our Gold Event tier allows you to rent our space for a curated small gathering or party - and gives you access to our full range of arts and craft supplies AND includes event planning support with food/drinks provided! The Golden Gala Package includes:
- Use of our studio space for up to four hours - we have seating for 10-13;
- Use of our stereo system (just plug in your phone into our stereo headphone jack)
- Charcuterie board (we can customize to your liking), as well as paper products and utensils
- A signature drink! This can be a cocktail of choice, wine, beer, or a mocktail.
- Basic decorations, including table centerpieces and balloons
- A curated art project! We will work with you to design a custom art project that is sure to be a hit. We will brainstorm ideas within your medium and theme of choice.
- Add additional hours for $25/hour
A studio attendant will be available for assistance with both event logistics (set up/clean up/food/drinks) and art instruction. Feel free to bring your own decorations, but time needed for set-up of your own is included in the four hour time slot.
We can travel off site for events, but pricing is subject to change based on size of event and logistics for travel.
If you are interested in hiring a face painter as part of your party, let us know! We will work out pricing based on duration of event.
