Merry Little Havana: A Christmas Themed Ceramic Paint & Sip
Embrace the jolly atmosphere and unleash your creativity a Little Havana! Settle in with your favorite drink from the bar and enjoy a festive night of creativity as you paint your own ceramic ornament. No experience needed and all painting supplies are provided—just bring your jolly holiday spirit!
The price of registration includes a $10 drink ticket for your drink of choice!
A few notes on ceramic painting:
- We will bring ceramic underglazes, so you can paint your ornament with detail, layer the paints, etc. If you are not familiar with glazes, that's okay! Basically, the paints we bring will act similarly to acrylic paints.
- Arteasy staff will dip the ornaments in clear glaze to give them a nice even shine.
- Ornaments will be fired during the week following the event, and ready for pick up on Saturday December 20th & Sunday December 21 from 10am-2pm each day from Arteasy Studio at 1539 Light Street, Baltimore, MD 21230! If you can't pick it up during those times, we can arrange for another time.
Kiln Fund
Our kiln died this past summer, we were in mourning for a while, and finally received our new one in early December. This event is part of a series of kiln-centric events geared towards raising money for our new kiln! You will be prompted with an optional add-on product at checkout, if you'd like to further support our kiln fund. Thank you for supporting our small community studio!
