Art Play Saturday - 05/03

Open Art Play/Creative Chaos is an opportunity for kids (ages 2-5) to come to the studio, and explore art on a large-scale, without restriction of staying within the lines, keeping neat and tidy, and limiting the amount of supplies they use. We will clean out our studio room to create blank canvases for creative exploration. While the exact objects and supplies will change from week-to-week, some examples of what to expect are included below. 

• Large canvases for painting 
• Large photo frames for decorating with stickers/pom poms/etc. 
• Large plastic vases for painting, gluing things to, wrapping with yarn, etc. 
• Large hanging spheres for painting/decorating
• Cardboard structures/houses to decorate 
• Other large objects to decorate :) 

Common supplies: Tempera paints, tempera paints with glitter, Elmers glue, pom poms, pipe cleaners, stickers, yarn, feathers, etc., etc., etc.

Parents must stay in the studio, but are welcome to hang out in the storefront room, where we will have coffee, tea, books, and places to sit. Or, join in on the chaos!

While we have aprons, it is a good idea to dress your kid in clothes that can get messy, because aprons only go so far. 

$25 - come whenever, stay as long as you want between 2pm and 5pm! Sibling discount will auto-apply on check-out.
